REFUND POLICY


Due to the nature of this project, we cannot provide a refund for your purchase.  Before making a purchase, be absolutely sure that you have read and understood all the information provided.

WHY WE CANNOT GIVE REFUNDS

In order to complete the “I Love You So Much” book and the “World’s Best Moms” book project, we must collect ‘love notes’ and other information from people around the world and then organize and prepare them for inclusion in a printed book. The work involved is tedious, time-consuming, and must be done as efficiently as possible. We must know what will be included in the books at all times in order to accurately layout the book. It would be an extreme burden on all of us involved having to always be cognizant of those ‘love notes’ and names that should not be included because of a refund request.

If you are absolutely sure you want to be a part of this project, then the policy to not allow a refund should be acceptable to you.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, We may alter this Refund Policy from time to time. We encourage visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to this Refund Policy. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the Effective date below, and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage, or sending you a notification through email or your dashboard).
